What You Will Learn in de-CLutter:

Figuring out what your REAL reasons are for downsizing and decluttering and establishing your goals.

From the movies and music, to books and photo albums, we’ll go through everything stacking up in your living room, figure out what to keep, what to digitize and what can go.

You’ll learn what “one hit wonders” are, go through your pantry and spice cabinet, your cookbooks and even your utensil drawer.

The bathroom is a BIG drop off spot for clutter from make-up to medicine, to vitamins and personal appliances.  We’ll take it step by step and make sense of the mess.

We’ll focus mainly on your closet, where you’ll learn how to make the most of your wardrobe without having to keep every shirt and shoe you’ve ever owned.

You’ll learn to go digital – downsizing all of your paper files, your office equipment and your billing system.

This module will cover everything else… the garage, the attic and all the other miscellaneous storage areas hiding around your house.  And the stuff that hides inside them!

In Module 8, we’ll wrap everything up and you’ll learn about what to do with everything you’re getting rid of, how to best organize what’s left and what your new de-cluttered space will mean to your overall lifestyle!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN DE-TOX:

We'll start out easy by talking about what "clean eating" is (and isn't), why it's important and the different kinds of "clean" diets that are out there.

In Module 2, we'll talk about the "big three" to avoid when eating clean - gluten, sugar and dairy.  Why they're bad, what they can do to you and what to use instead!

Whether you are a vegetarian or a carnivore, there are things you need to keep in mind when cleaning up your diet.  We'll talk organic, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, grass-fed and more!

Do you know what a "GMO" is?  You should!  We'll talk about what they are, why they're so dangerous and what you can do to switch your diet to non-GMO quickly and easily!

You probably know that you SHOULD care about what's in your products, but you might not know why.  We'll talk about what ingredients to look for and what they can do to your body.

We'll talk about the ingredients that are okay in beauty & personal care products and I'll let you in on some of my favorites!  Don't waste your time... I've done all the legwork for you!

It's important not only to pay attention to what products you use ON your body, but AROUND it as well.  Here, we'll talk about my favorite non-toxic products for the home including cleaning products and pet products.

In Module 8, we'll wrap up everything we learned and why it's so important to clean up your body inside and out.  I'll also give you some of my favorite tips for keeping your new lifestyle going!

what you will learn in de-stress:

We'll start out by talking about why emotional health is so important and the effect it can have on your physical health.  It truly is the last part of the puzzle that so many people miss!

In Module 2, we'll talk about all of the natural therapies that are available to help with emotional health and stress management like tapping, meditations, affirmations, earthing and more.

Everyone needs R&R, but for some reason, it is something that most people don't work into their daily schedule.  We'll talk about the various ways you can incorporate rest into your day and the benefits for your body!

Stress is not just uncomfortable, it can be lethal to our physical health, if left unchecked.  In this module, we'll talk about ways you can not only manage your stress, but release pent-up negativity and move into a more positive mindset overall.

We'll talk about what "bucket list living" means and how to start living like that NOW, while you still have time.  Life is too short to wait!

A lot of people have never even taken the time to think about what they'd like to do in their lives, so now is the time!  We'll stretch our imaginations and come up with a list that'll have you chomping at the bit to get started!

No matter what your current budget or schedule is, there IS a way to still mark things off your bucket list and achieve your goals.  We'll talk about how to do it, when to do it and all the details in between.

In a society that almost prides itself on being busy, distracted, run-down and focused on the wrong things, you may feel like the odd one out at the end of this process.  But you'll be the happiest one!  We'll talk about how to keep your new lifestyle going, despite any distractions.
